Korrē is a Haitian-Puerto Rican sound and visual artist whose work spans composition for record labels, film, commercials, and other media. A native of New York City, he currently lives and works in Brooklyn.

Korrē approached me to collaborate on the design of his EP Barocco [TE0196], released through Diffuse Reality Records. He envisioned a cover that was textured and visually compelling—consistent with the aesthetic of his previous releases. Silver and concrete immediately came to mind as materials that could reflect the next evolution of his sound. Drawing from my resources, I curated imagery and developed multiple concepts for the artwork. Influenced by the EP’s rich, dark ambient tones, I felt the stark, cold aesthetic of the final design captured its atmosphere perfectly.
